PinFever's Traders Room Rules and Regulations
This site acts as a venue for pin traders to conduct trades
amongst one another. PinFever is not involved in the actual transaction between traders.
As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items
advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, or the ability of traders to provide
items listed. We cannot and do not control whether or not traders will complete the trade
of item(s) offered.
In addition, note that there are risks of dealing with foreign
nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretense. We encourage all
traders to communicate directly with a trading partner to help evaluate with whom you are
dealing.
Because we do not and cannot be involved in trader-to-trader dealings, in the event that
you have a dispute with one or more traders, you release PinFever from claims, demands and
damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected
and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with
such disputes.
PinFever reserves the right to terminate a user's rights
immediately if they breach this agreement or if we are unable to verify or authenticate
any information you provide to us or for abuse or misuse of this service.
