via United States Postal Service. The price of all merchandise includes shipping and
handling, if shipped via the United States Postal Service and within the Continental
United States and Canada. UPS shipments are extra as are international shipments.

information page. Orders via credit card are shipped generally within 24 hours of
receipt of order. You will receive confirmation of your order via email. If you are not
